Open Question: I have a harsh cough, chest feels heavy, and heartburn. Help!!!!?

OK, I like this a week later, cough. Now, suddenly my chest began to feel heavy and tense. I also feel heartburn. I went to the emergency care, but the U.S. Department of Commerce told me that, wasn't infected, and only gave me cough syrup. But now in my chest, I am really too heavy. How should I do?
